The objectives of the project
"Dream Career Exploration ¨Programme
(2025-1-LU01-KA210-SCH-000350698)
are:
1. By the end of the 24-month project, provide minimum 250 students with the opportunity to explore various career paths and industries and better understand the skills and competences needed, through interactive workshops and interaction with a network of Professions' Ambassadors at schools.
2. Improve access for minimum 40 teachers to pedagogical materials and human resources for better career guidance services within schools in both countries.
3. Emphasize the importance of community engagement by encouraging 20 local professionals to act as professions' ambassadors and role models in schools, to exemplify civic responsibility and entrepreneurial spirit, thereby reinforcing the value of contributing to the broader community. This interaction will serve to inspire students to not only pursue their aspirations but also to consider how their career choices can impact their communities.

On the occasion of the European Day of Languages (September 26), Languages.lu / Group Moraru sàrl, an organization recognized for its innovation and strong commitment to education, will present the Erasmus+ project “Dream Career Exploration Programme”, in partnership with the Francophone Cultural Center of Buzău (Romania) and co-funded by the European Union.

An innovative approach: engaging visuals, interactive videos, and creating a network of 20 “career ambassadors” to spark curiosity and make career orientation more relevant and motivating.

A new concept in Luxembourg: developing educational comics that portray the reality of different professions in an inspiring and accessible way.

Goal: to provide teachers with engaging resources and help students explore and imagine diverse career paths.
Why now?
As a key player in promoting languages and education in Luxembourg, and recipient of the 2024 European Innovative Teaching Award from the European Commission, Languages.lu is highlighting this initiative during the European Day of Languages. The project connects language learning, intercultural discovery, and career exploration, creating a fresh perspective on guidance for young learners.
Who will be there?
Representatives of the partner organizations from Luxembourg and Romania,
HE Livia RUSU, Romanian Ambassador to Luxembourg,
as well as a group of Romanian students — direct beneficiaries of the project.
